“Sunrise” (日臻) comes from the phrase “日臻完善” — getting better, day by day.
Our own gardens in Lishan and Alishan, focused on Taiwan high-mountain oolong.

Taking over the gardens, we want to carry on the craft our parents left us — and to bring this cup into more people's everyday lives. So we put our feeling for the land and our insistence on quality into every single leaf.
Sunrise makes one tea only: high-mountain oolong.
Not because we can't make anything else — but because we only sell tea grown in our own gardens. Among the mists of Lishan and Alishan lie the high-mountain gardens our family has tended for generations; what we grow is high-mountain oolong, and it is all we make. From careful plucking and precise oxidation to attentive roasting, every step is overseen by our own hands, so we can put our own mountain tea, honestly, into yours.
