Our Service
This site is operated by Sunrise Tea Co. (Tax ID 95265590), offering Taiwan high-mountain teas, tea bags, gift boxes, and teaware for online sale.
Orders & Contract
A sales contract is formed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation. If an item is out of stock, clearly mispriced, or affected by events beyond our control, we may cancel the order with notice and issue a full refund.
Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in New Taiwan Dollars at the time of ordering and include tax. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your chosen delivery method. Payments are encrypted and processed by our payment provider.
Returns & Exchanges
Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day cooling-off period after receiving your order (a review period, not a trial period). As tea is a food product, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons; unopened items may be returned within the period by contacting us. If an item arrives flawed or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Intellectual Property
All text, photography, imagery, and brand identity on this site belong to Sunrise Tea or its licensors. Please do not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms from time to time and will post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Questions are always welcome at service@sunrise-tea.com.
