Our gardens sit on the slopes of Lishan at 2,000–2,200 metres and Alishan at 1,400–1,600 metres. At first light, with mist still hanging between the tea rows, the picking begins; by afternoon the clouds roll in. That daily swing of more than ten degrees makes the leaves grow slowly — and taste deeper for it.

As soon as the leaves are picked, we make the tea while they're fresh. Withering, pan-firing, rolling, roasting — every step tended by our own hands. From a tender leaf on the mountain to the sweet finish in your cup, it's all made in-house, start to finish.
